With the new year comes time to decompose what we’ve outgrown and plant seeds for what’s to come. One of the best ways I know to do that is through story.
This 2-hour workshop is designed to give you space to look at one belief you’re ready to compost and one intention you want to nurture in the year ahead. From there, we’ll uncover the stories—the moments of our lives—that drive them.
Supported by guided meditation to ground us, we’ll write the stories of these moments, connect with their emotional core, and honor them with a bit of ceremony to mine the wisdom they have for us.
Bring with you:
A journal
A safe way to burn a bit of paper (lighter, candle + ceramic or metal bowl recommended)
This workshop will be live on Zoom, and you’ll receive a calendar invite and link to join after signup. This event will not be recorded; the magic is in the gathering.
